Hello again!
Spring is on its way, the snow is almost gone and it’s time to venture into some new fashion designs and explore both local and global talents on the runway.
Today, March 24th marks the first day of Western Canada Fashion Week and I’m so excited!! There will be 7 nights of shows going right until March 31st, excluding Easter Sunday. The shows are held at the ATB Financial Arts Barns in the Old Strathcona area of Edmonton. Please visit their website for all the details including dates and times, designers and how to get tickets. Now on to what we can expect to see there…
The first night will be the Student night, featuring upcoming designers and hair and makeup shows from local schools MC College, Eveline Charles and Estelle academy.
The March 25-26 shows are Glocal Collections featuring artists from around the world.
