I think it’s so common for every woman to have concerns about the appearance of her face and one of the most important things you can do before covering it up with makeup is to take care of the skin first. I have tried many different products and they can help but to really achieve a beautiful glowing complexion, a facial is one of the best tools to get you there.
I recently spent some time at the newly redone EIE Medispa & Laser Centre here in Edmonton for their anti-aging facial.
The have a large variety of skincare products including their own brand Cara. They used this line for the facial and I was pleased with them and appreciated that they were paraben free.
I found the room very relaxing and the esthetician I had was super sweet and answered all of my questions. She was happy to explain every step and made me feel super comfortable.
First she examined and analyzed my skin. Next she used 2 different types of cleansers followed by a round of exfoliation. After that we did a nice steam treatment which I actually really enjoyed.
Followed by a collagen mask:
She finished up the facial with a nice massage and moisturizer.
My skin looked super glowy and felt so amazing after. I haven’t had a facial in ages so this was a nice treat and something I am really looking forward to making part of my regular routine!

If you are in Edmonton, I highly suggest them. Everyone there is so friendly and made me feel totally at home. I even got to take some goodies home and keep my cute slippers! 🙂
